Ref Desk with NobodyKirkwood Community College has joined in efforts to flatten the infection rate curve by moving to all online classes at least through April 11, 2020. During the Kirkwood campus closure both Kirkwood Library Services physical locations also are going to be CLOSED. HOWEVER, librarians still WILL be available to help students, staff, and faculty. Keep up on Library Services updates.

You can contact us live from 8am-9pm Monday thru Thursday and 8am-5pm Friday. We’ll be available through the chat box on the library website. You can call the library reference desk at 319-398-5697. Your call will be directed to our voice mail and you’ll get a response either from an unknown number or an e-mail from the Kirkwood Library Services e-mail account. You can e-mail us through this form or at library@kirkwood.edu.

If you have computer issues of any kind, the technology Help Desk will also be open. We’ve been told to direct any computer help questions to them. You can reach them directly at 319-398-7624 or 319-398-1264.

Remember we have databases of both e-books and peer reviewed, scholarly articles available online. It’s more than just EBSCO, take a minute and check out all the databases. Find more help on the library Research Help Page, the APA page, and the MLA page.
