Established in 2003, The Iowa Center for the Book established All Iowa Reads as a book selected each year to be read across the state of Iowa. Libraries and organizations across the state help support the process with displays, events, and reading groups. Over the years it has grown to include an additional book for Teens and one for Children. This year they are partnering with Nebraska for both states to read one book. This lead to a delay in the announcement and as a result they released finalists for the first time. Find a description of each finalist. We have them all here at the library, stop in and join the fun!
