Here at Kirkwood Library Services we like to point people’s attention to particular series that have good basic information on a particular sort of topic. This time we’re pointing out the A Very Short Introduction series from Oxford Press. They cross a broad gamut of topics, but all are short, concise, and give the most important things you need to know on that topic. These are just a scattering of what we’ve gotten lately. Look for one the next time you have a new topic to explore.

Find our first list in this post and this one from last year.
