Recently at the Cedar Rapids branch of the Kirkwood Community College library we’ve had some books come in that had something to do food history or food science. There aren’t a lot of them, but I think it’s such an interesting subject that I’m going to share them anyway. These titles are housed in Cedar Rapids, but you can request them to be delivered to any of the other centers at any time.
