If you have something that you are looking for in a multi-page document or on webpage, there is an easy fix for computers running a Windows operating system, press the Control key (Ctrl – find it either in the lower left or lower right corner of your keyboard – you only need to press one or the other) and at the same time the F key (F for find). This should pop up a search box, depending on the exact program or browser, either at the top or bottom of your screen. Type what you are looking for in the box and hit enter. If the word or number or phrase you entered is in the document the screen with shift down and the first time it appears in the document will be highlighted. Next to the search box there will be arrows so you can arrow through to the next time it appears if it’s in the document more than once.
