The Kirkwood community, nestled in Iowa’s Creative Corridor, creates all the time – from sturdy brick walls to excellent food, from strong competitors to a creative atmosphere. Oh – and bright futures. We co-create those with our learners all the time!
We wanted to recognize some of the ways that our faculty and students co-create on a daily basis. Here in the Library, we’re thinking a lot about how reading helps us create as part of the “We Read, We Use, We Make!” grant from the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation, and this assignment by instructor Tonya Kehoe really grabbed our attention:
