The Kirkwood Community College Library in Cedar Rapids has put up in our changing display of new books some new titles on dictators, both the Nazis and Stalin complements of the Thaler Fund.  Even though the display is in Cedar Rapids, you can request them to be delivered to any of the other centers at any time.
