National Information Literacy Month 2011 Badge
October is National Information Literacy Awareness Month. Information Literacy is an area of growing importance. It simply means getting the skills to evaluate whether or not you should trust information. Today we are bombarded by more and more information from many sources. Sadly many people still believe that anything that appears to published, even on the web, has to be true. That’s not the case and everyone needs to learn to be aware of the source of any information before they use it.
